"You can’t find a please, thank you, or a clean towel in this place. Hand towels in the room had stains on them, metal lamps rusted, human hairballs, and sheet rock dust on the floor from a wall scrape as further proof that they BARELY clean the floors in between stays. I left a jacket in the room called back four hours after check out and they ‘threw it out’ already. I would say if you get what you pay for, but this was closely priced to other hotels. "The room was clean and the staff was super friendly. But the noise from the other rooms was unbearable. We didn’t get much sleep and unfortunately even the staff couldn’t get them to quiet down."

"The house and host were wonderful! The home was fully equipped with everything we needed, especially when it came to cooking. Josh was very communicative and welcoming throughout our stay. The property is located in a lovely, quiet community. Although we didn’t get to explore the area much, there seemed to be plenty to see and do nearby. We would definitely stay here again."

"Our family of 3 would return in a heartbeat. The location is central to Carytown, U.Richmond, and the fields for the local soccer tournament. Our beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked and a parking spot behind the house. The host, Will, was responsive and all communications prompt. Thank you!"
