"Great location! Parking not included but readily available close by. Listing noted microwave included in unit but ours did not have one. One of the windows did not shut so road traffic was noticeable through the night. Exposed nail in the floor so be careful without shoes. Other units were respectful and quiet and communication with host was great"

"I really like this property because it was not right in the middle of town, but not far from it either. It was a short drive to the Poudre Scenic Byway. The house was spacious enough and the fenced yard was a plus. The check in was super easy which is really important to us. We would book here again if we were in the area. "

"We loved this rental. Perfect fit for our group of 8 plus a 2 year old. This home was spacious, clean and perfect for our stay. We were having a toddler birthday party during the day and an Easter egg hunt and get together the following day. Not only was the house spacious with plenty of living space inside but there was a huge outside area for games and entertaining. We had 2 small dogs and the enclosed living space was perfect for them. We were close to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping yet the home had the feel of being more rural. It was on a quiet street with little traffic.Our host was extremely attentive and responded quickly. I could tell immediately that they were family oriented and encouraged family get togethers. The kitchen was so nice with spacious fridge and lots of pots, pans, and utensils. Loved this rental!"
