This mother-in-law apartment was perfect for the two of us visiting Ft Collins and CSU. When we arrived, it was spotlessly clean and exactly as described in the listing. It was a very easy two block walk to the CSU campus (and stadium) -- and a nice "stroll" (cutting through the campus) if you want to walk to restaurants and stores. Heading the other direction leads to a lovely walking/biking trail. Lindsey was a very responsive and gracious host. Honestly there was very little we needed. There's a two burner hot plate (instead of a stove), a counter top oven, a full size refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The stacked washer/dryer in the bedroom has been replaced by a single combined washer/dryer unit. It washed our clothes very well. Thank you, Lindsey, for a wonderful stay!
