\-No Crib, but Playpen available   
\-Free Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ Access!  
  
All common areas and door knobs are disinfected before each reservation.   
  
Guests love staying here because it's very clean and in the middle of everything (Camp Lejeune, Jacksonville City, Swansboro, and Emerald Isle beach)  
  
Guests get access to the entire home and it's amenities while staying with us including washer and dryer.  
  
We are available through the chat, call or text. The chat will typically be the fastest response, but please call if it's urgent.  
  
This is a very quiet, safe & family friendly brand new community.  
  
There is free parking on front of the home. There is also quick access and service for Uber, Lyft, or taxi.  
  
We take care of this property and clean it better than our own. We really care about a great customer experience.  
When booking through any platform, except Airbnb, an initial 10% Cancellation fee may apply regardless of when the cancellation happens due to Stripe processing fees on both the payment and refund transactions.
