A modern building. Our room was spacious and clean, tiled floors rather than carpet. No closet or rung to hang anything. Bathroom was separated by glass. The host was very friendly and helpful, providing directions to restaurants & attractions and having extra towels and cutlery readily available. They also provided bikes for us to use. Located across the street from a library and recreation park. It's only about a 5-8 minute walk from the Hualien train station so very convenient.
