(2) 廁所的熱水非常不穩定, 水壓大很強但是溫度很難調整洗到一半會突然變很燙導致燙到多次. (3) 上樓梯前需要脫鞋, 但沒有提供室內拖鞋(只有浴室有一雙). (4) 此次房型靠和平路大馬路, 有大量窗戶採光但窗戶非氣密式的, 汽車行駛過去的噪音很大且明顯. (5) 房間雖大, 但置物的櫃子或是吊掛衣服的地方很少. 導致東西基本要放在地上椅子上或床上. (6) 一樓有交誼廳, 旅宿業者也希望旅客多使用一樓交誼廳吃東西房內不要吃味道濃烈的食物. 住宿期間為跨年假期, 有預想到大家都會晚回旅宿或房間, 聲音會很多很大. 但是隔音真的很差, 住在二樓到了晚上一點多還是頻繁聽到樓下旅客大聲喧嘩的聲音. 住宿無法控制其他旅客素質如何, 對聲音敏感介意隔音的人要特別注意此點.
