The room was nicely decorated but was tight for 4 people (not much floor space to walk around with 2 big beds in the room). Bathroom was clean but small again. The other annoying issue was our ocean view balcony (which we paid extra for) was used as a drying area for the homestay's laundry such as towels, big bed sheets and their own personal clothing items such as underwear and thus totally obstructed our use of the balcony.
