#### 有點失望 這次旅程連住二晚多羅滿,事前有電話詢問幾點可入房,得到6點後可入房的回答,但從臺東開到花蓮多花了些時間,加上山路不好走,到了花蓮都9點多了,竟然先接到旅館打來問我幾點到,那時剩不到半小時就到了,但我到了旅館才被告知要等他們打掃,於是就全家在車庫等了十多分鐘,進房放行李後才發現房門根本無法關,打給房務告知,房務來了後敲敲弄弄最後直接把變形的部件拆了,也太瞎,但起碼門能關了;上樓沒多久,小孩子很快就在房間許多地方發現不少應該是檳榔殼的東西,然後明顯覺得老婆很不滿意這地房的服務的清楚了,這也是在Hotels.com上這麼久遇到最不OK的了;但說回來,這間的位置不算太差,直直開出去很快就到東大門了,到臨近七星潭也很快,這次只能說是將就了, 如果房間能早點弄好等客人來,如果房間沒發現許多髒東西,如果房門沒壞,都能讓整體感受好很多;另外就是,真心不喜歡住沒有對外窗的房間,希望以後能有更多選擇吧
