The thing is, they had everything to be great, like: they did come to put the sun bed cushions if we ask, if you don't ask nobody is there to attend you. They did not tied up around and the restaurant by the pool close at 3pm. Feels kind of no much effort with the guests. Beautifully designed and if right at the beach. There is an indoor pool which you can access it through your room which makes it very unique. In addition, their service is superb! Every staff will try to help you if they can sense that's you need help. I love how they treat tourists. So far, everyone is very friendly and accommodating. This is definitely one of the best hotel experiences I ever have. Let's get the poorer things out the way first - Certain things like pool service would be nice. There were no mats for sun loungers as the covers were being washed. I asked at reception as beds are uncomfortable without them. Got mats without covers which looked pretty gross but better than nothing. Breakfast was ok but eggs were pretty raw. Put me off them. Ask for them to be well cooked. Also the less guests there were meant less to choose from at breakfast i.e our last day was cereal and toast. The place is pretty out the way but they have a bus to take you in to the clock tower. This place has 30 or so rooms but ours would be getting cleaned at 16.00! On the plus side the hotel is beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures! I have never seen such a clean place and our rooms smelled clean! . The beds are hard (as all Thai beds seem to be) but the pillows are wonderful!! The staff are very friendly and try to help you as much as they can with any question or query you had. Always cleaning and tidying up. All of them always had a smile for you.
