No makeup room and no replacement of toiletries. Staff pretend don't understand English and just said one word of "sorry". Basin tap also not working fine. A very old Hotel. No lift. Not true. This hotel falsely advertises its rooms. Street side rooms are noisy and street lights keep the rooms bright at night due to the flimsy curtains. Nya handdukar till dusch och varje dag fick vi låna handdukar att ha med till stranden. Hotellet ligger nära bargatorna men är i ett tyst område. I actually extended my stay a few more days. Large room with large double bed on the ground floor. Reception has free coffee and tea facilities. Good value for 1200 baht per night and located in the central part of the city just a casual 15 min walk to the Hilton complex.
