Not well maintained, holes in bedsheets, bathroom had smell like stale wastewater which receptionist/maintenance staff offered to change room but we didn’t want to move so she brought room freshener and poured detergent down drain which helped. Bathroom windows were fixed open to the outside air which made it hot and humid, also no hand soap provided. There was no complimentary teabags only instant coffee but she gave us 2 tea bags when we enquired. The room was not well lit and dark. Everyone on staff greets you with a smile and makes you feel at home. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was delightful. The hotel is located just a couple of minutes away from the Market Village mall and the beach. There’s a fair amount of restaurants, bars and massage shops nearby. We didn’t used it while we were there but they also offer a free shuttle bus to the market.
