"Stay was horrendous rooms was dirty and sheets had what seems to be blood stains by. When my room was changed because of the sheets. The next room had wholes in the wall and the baseboards were packed with dirt. I informed the manager and was told because. I used a third party ie…… hotels .com it was nothing they could do. "I can only review the staff at The River Hotel is AMAZING to say the least. From the moment I walked through the door I felt at home. I received a warm welcome and a fabulous room with all of the amenities. My room (suite) was spacious, clean and so comfortable. The hotel is centrally located so it makes getting around effortless. I'm looking forward to my next trip to Chicago and The River Hotel is my go to spot to stay."
