This hotel is lovely and the staff is so welcoming. We had a lovely stay, I also really appreciated they packed an early breakfast for me as I needed to leave way before the start time. The town is beautiful and this is a perfect location

I booked this hotel for myself and my two teenage children (16 and 13) as a treat for my 16 year old passing GCSE with great grades. She wanted to visit Anne Frank House and Van Gogh Museum and my youngest wanted a hotel with a swimming pool. I wanted to be in a quieter area with good food, lovely scenery, good sized rooms and a bar. This hotel ticked everything! The bus stop outside the hotel takes you directly to Amsterdam Central to do the touristy bits (don't pay for a cab from the...

The best welcome ever, the receptionist a blond lady were super helpful, 10/10 in knowledge, I had to book for the sauna and gym and the girls were super helpful at that time. I enjoy greatfully of every premise that the hotel provides. Sauna and spa 10/10 gym and clases 10/10. Small details in the room always matter, snacks in the fridge, coffe for your morning, conditioner, shampoo and bodywash from local premises are just a sparkling inside of my room. 10/10 in cleanliness. This hotel was really lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, modern and clean. The lobby area is very lively. It did seem like it was far from the main tourist attractions but as we stayed when the shuttle was working it was fine and it drops you right by the ferry and the ferry drops you in a central area. It was also very convenient that we could purchase tickets for entry into museums etc at reception. If you have a car there are a number of restaurants close...

This hotel was just perfect for our 3 night city break.
In a quiet area which is becoming the new up and coming place to be. Don't know about the night life there, we weren't interested. We went into the centre to socialise. Our 24 yr old daughter was happy to travel in & out on her own from here. Felt safe & secure.
Good sized room with comfy King bed and sofa bed for 3 of us. Spotlessly clean. Love the en-suite shower.
Complimentary bottled water on arrival.
Nice bar and lounge area. Quiet.

I have nothing negative to say about this property. 6 of us stayed in a three bedroom apartment and we were delighted.
It is in an excellent location a 5 minute stroll from the train station, which is only one stop away from central Station.
The apartment was spacious, in excellent condition and very clean.
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the addition of water and hot chocolate in the lobby were a nice touch.
My only complaint is that it is advertised as having a steam room, which...

We came to stay for 3 nights for a short break. Amazing from start to finish. Lovely receptionist and very helpful in terms of where we should visit etc. We even had a little treat left by Samira which was really appreciated - she was very helpful also! Deposit for the room returned swiftly after our stay! Not a busy location but easy transport into Central Amsterdam - took 6 minutes on the train which is a regular service! Would 10000% recommend and if we return this will be where we go.

Close to train station and local supermarket. A nice quiet area to stay when visiting Amsterdam. Only a short 12 minute ride from the hotel to Amsterdam Centraal. Very large beds too.

10/10 hotel. Second time staying here. Rooms are spacious and stunning decor (altho some wear and tear in the rooms). The jet bath is incredible! The breakfast buffet is also great, lots of choices depending on what you fancy. I do think some of the food could be seasoned better but still good. The train station is a 5 minute walk from the hotel so easy connections to central Amsterdam and other places. Room service pizza is quick and delicious. All in all a fabulous stay and would recommend for...

Close to the Central Station so a handy location for the eurostar. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Great base if your happy to walk (or cycle) to the main attractions. I was on the 2nd floor on the corner and outside noise was not issue. At points you can hear the trams rumbling but I didn't find it intrusive.
They have a fun little bar that does great cocktails!

Great experience from start to finish (booking process was seemless as well). This was our 2nd time staying at the Sir Adam Hotel and will certainly be staying again! The staff are extremely friendly and thoughtful. I mentioned at check in that we were going to visit a local brewery we loved and we came back to the room with complimentary bottles of beer and a lovely note - very thoughtful. The room is cosy and the bed is super comfortable. Absolutely spot on service!

The hotel might not be located centrally in Amsterdam but it has excellent links to the city centre. The tram stop is really close to the hotel and the two lines take you either to the city centre (Centraal station) or does a loop around the edges of the centre past the museum District. The staff at the hotel were excellent - nothing was too much trouble for them. Although the Hampton is Hilton's 'budget' brand you wouldn't know it from staying at this hotel. Highly recommended and if we return...
