"Rented with my 2 college aged daughters and their grandpa for a week. Nestled quietly into the picturesque blocks of Ocean Grove and only a 7 minute walk to the beach. 3 minute bike ride. Very thoughtful and practical beach amenities. Badges, bikes and beach wagon with chairs and umbrella was so helpful. And the 4 bikes were the icing on the cake. Took numerous bike trips for some reason or another and no reason at all, and to the beach and back. Spacious and quiet sleeping nights for those who are concerned about getting a good night's sleep. While this was perfect for 4 adults and friends who could visit, I could see this being an amazing house for those with children as it had numerous beds, beach toys, games, and even a little craft table. Front porch and backyard breakfasts and dinners when we didn't go out. There was literally nothing missing from this rental when it comes to accommodations and comfort for a classic beach vacation. Would rent again!"

"Really enjoyed our time here! We felt right at home. The house has a ton of charm, the front porch is a great place to relax, and the extra lot next door gave the kids plenty of space to play. One feature we especially appreciated was being able to set different temperatures in the bedrooms. Having beach chairs, bikes, coolers, boogie boards, some games and a puzzle available also meant we had much less to pack!The only thing that caught us a little off guard was the surrounding area. Since this was our first visit to this part of the Jersey Shore, we had pictured a more traditional beach-town setting. The neighborhood felt a little different than we expected. That may not matter to many guests, but we thought it was worth mentioning for first-time visitors. That’s completely on us and our assumptions (and yes, I know what they say about assuming ).The location is also a great home base for exploring. We spent half a day in NYC and were surprised by how much we were able to fit in without the drive feeling too long. We also loved Asbury Park Beach and its historic Convention Hall, especially the coffee shop!Overall, we’d absolutely stay here again. The property was excellent, the hosts were outstanding, and we’d happily book it again if we were looking to stay in this area."

"Second time staying here. Dawn and Kevin are excellent hosts. Available throughout but not in any way intrusive. This year a brand new bathroom. Its quiet, comfortable, and convenient to both Main Street and the beach. Dawn and Kevin provide you with pretty much everything you need for a very comfortable stay. They show great care and concern that guests have a pleasant experience and feel both safe and welcome on their property."
