"The location and ocean view were exactly what I wanted. However not having a restaurant or some type of an upscale coffee shop was very disappointing and unexpected. The valet parking was excessive charge at $60 for a day ending noon and valet was not even there Sunday - Monday. It was self park in their entrance porchier . There was nothing historic about it so no reason to return."

"A lovely modern hotel with clean rooms and friendly, helpful staff. A short walk from the boardwalk and bars and restaurants but just set back far enoughso that it is in a quiet location. Would definitely book there again if I return to Asbury Park."

"The house was clean and well stocked and the location is great. The one drawback is the heating system. There is only one thermostat, located on the ground floor in the living room. We visited on a cool weekend in May and if we made the living room 68, the upstairs rooms were too warm to sleep in. During the warmer part of the afternoon things were fine. "

"Great stay overall. The house is perfectly located in the heart of Asbury Park—an easy walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. It was spacious, very clean, and thoughtfully stocked with amenities like games, beach chairs, umbrellas, and even Yeti cups, which made things really convenient.A couple small improvements would go a long way—basic pantry items like salt and cooking oil would’ve been helpful, and having a designated parking spot would make things easier. That said, we really enjoyed our stay; it was just a bit pricier compared to similar homes in the area."

"We requested a pet-friendly room which we were given. Very clean room but I would’ve liked more lighting . King-size bed was comfortable and cozy! Breakfast was yummy-especially the homemade quiches!"
