"Ample parking. Great reception from staff at check in. Kids get an activity pack. Lovely touch. Lofts that work. Everywhere clean, great lighting. Warm and friendly. Room really good. Shower could have been slightly better as is wouldn’t adjust in height. Lovely comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent. Plenty to choose from. All fresh. Nicely laid out and enough tables and chairs. All presented nicely and cleaned up after last diners. Easy check out just drop your card. I’d definitely stay here again if needed. Everything was spot on. Price was great and parking was decent at £7. "

"We had a lovely stay and the team were all very friendly. The room was spacious and very clean, with a great shower, but the outlook was not great, and I feel that the view should be described at the booking or room description stage. The Brasserie evening meal was superb and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Our breakfast was also in the Brasserie and we were lucky enough to have a table with a river view. The breakfast was pretty good, however the cooked breakfast was luke warm, the fruit selection was lacking and the apple juice was very watery. "
