"Room was good and the facilities useful, though the swimming pool is under renovation. The staff though were consistently excellent. Very attentive and polite and ready to offer help or assistance."

"We stayed in one of the green wing family rooms. Overall the room size was spacious and ample space for two adults with 2 toddlers. But the sofa bed which is meant for two kids, was absolutely shocking, the sofa bed had seen better days, and it dipped and Mattress was thing as paper, not comfortable for anyone to sleep on. These rooms don’t have air con, but the fan they supply to the room of this size is a table top desk can, 15cm in height. Overall on the face it, it was a well maintained outside hotel, good breakfast selection, but, the room did fail to meet expectations."

"I am an older traveller and had a heavy suitcase, I asked for help but told by the most unsmiling person that there was no one to help ( my daughter stayed here previously and told me they got some one to carry her and her husbands heavy luggage). The room had really bad stains on the carpet, under the kettle station it was full of dust. I didnt use any facilities . Its ok if you can carry your case as no lift . Didnt have breakfast, Positive is the POD is 2 m in walk"

"The second time i have stayed here. The first time, the room was great and just what I needed. The second time, I booked a compact room which was ridiculously hot and despite having the air con on full blast and coldest temp, it never cooled down. The air coming out of the air con was very weak and i struggled to sleep at all through the night, even with the desk fan on next to the bed."
