Pros- clean property and clean rooms. Friendly staff.
Cons- VERY thin walls! I could easily hear the traffic, my neighbors, and even the elevator door, which was very creaky. Made it very difficult to sleep.

Horrible to be stranded at front desk while no one was there for 25 mins (?). The time is less a factor but it was myself and others were waiting for access to our room and parking.

Great hotel, room was clean complete with a bidet! The hotel has a unique onsen bath available which was a very relaxing way to end the day. Only two downsides were that we could hear those walking in the room above us and the fan/ac unit was quite loud while running and then would be quite quiet-there wasn’t a way to have a steady fan sound all night. So unfortunately I kept waking up as the sounds changed throughout the night. It’s a safe location close to Wingspan convention center and many restaurants and stores.
