"This was not it! Terrible service. Every up and down elevator ride was packed full. Pools full. Nickle and dimey. If you want any Hawaiian relaxation, this isn't it. Had to ask for things in the room...no soap, ect. Parking aas $$$ and unexpected fees on top of it all."
