"Staff were very sweet and empathetic to our travel struggles after being at the airport for ten hours prior to checking it. The room served our needs for the brief night we were there. "

"I recommend staying in the newly renovated rooms, they are clean and well kept. The pools are awesome as is the location. The elevators are a survival of the fittest, there are so many people staying at the hotel and when we were there not all elevators were working so you literally waited 10-15 mins sometimes just to ride the elevator up or down during peak times. Overall great for families but can be pricey with food, drinks and activities "

"Very convenient to Pearl Harbor Memorial. Breakfast was quite good. Staff very helpful. Room had a musty smell. The property is a bit dated and needs refurbishing. "
