"Stayed in the Kona Tower and happy to see a recently renovated room. Comfortable bed and great pillows. Didn't get a chance to use the pool (rain) or fitness center during this trip. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Great having a Starbucks in the lobby!"

"Right across from beach, loved that they offered beach chair day rentals included with the hotel fees, sand toys, and towels . Unfortunately when I arrived my bathroom was not cleaned, I called front desk and they sent someone right away to reclean the bathroom. I appreciated the hospitality, great customer service. But I was quite disappointed with cleanliness from first arrival. Also the parking garage is small 2 cars can not go up and down simultaneously, you have to move over to let cars pass. So leaving parking lot is tedious for the $65 daily price."
