Other things to note
Insects, Geckos, and anything of such nature are a valuable part of the Hawaii eco-system.
We assure you we have all our condos, including this one, treated quarterly for household insects.
While it is rare to see such inside the apartment, it is always possible given our environment.
Also, there is a full concierge service available in the lobby to assist with island tours, bike rentals and evening dinner cruises (totally recommended for couples, pick Friday if you can as you'll see the Waikiki Fireworks display from the Ocean and its impressive!)
POTENTIAL FOR NOISE
The "Kapahulu Groin," also commonly called the "Waikiki Wall," is a concrete pier extending into the ocean at the end of Kapahulu Avenue in Waikiki, Hawaii.
It's a popular spot for sunset views, photography, and walking along the pier, with the wall creating a protected area of shallow water on one side, often considered good for children.
The Waikiki Wall is just 50 yards from the lobby of the
Waikiki Grand Hotel®
Situated on the south shore of Oahu, Waikiki is one of the most iconic destinations in Honolulu. Although Waikiki is widely known as a tourist hotspot, the neighborhood also draws residents seeking a vibrant beachfront lifestyle within close reach of Downtown Honolulu and the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, in addition to numerous service workers and tourism industry professionals.
Even the Honolulu Zoo is just a block away!
Waikiki boasts beautiful beaches like Kūhiō Beach, Kahanamoku Beach, and Fort DeRussy Beach Park, along with exceptional shopping at International Market Place, Royal Hawaiian Center, and Waikiki Shopping Center.
The community also enjoys a vast selection of restaurants, bars, and shops primarily clustered on Kalakaua Avenue, the neighborhood’s main commercial thoroughfare.
