The apartment was very clean. The size of the apartment was perfect for me alone. The apartment is very well equipped, from dishes to towels, to vacuum cleaner, everything is available. The building itself offers a washing machine and dryer on each floor, these need coins. Parking spaces are also available. The location of the property is more than central, within a short walk to the beach, the bus stop can be reached within a minute. There are plenty of shopping facilities. They did refund me the difference and did everything they could to make it up to me. After one week in the studio, they moved me to the one bedroom unit. Cleanliness of the bathroom could have been improved and there were some issues with the elevator during my time there. There was only one toilet paper during my time there, but I’m sure I could have gotten more. Good internet and TV stations, but unit is a little older. Overall not bad! ##### Josh H.
