What makes this place unique is the incredible panoramic views combined with generous living space. We feature 2 fully stocked kitchens and 2 full bathrooms, a ultra rare combo to find in Hawaii. Centrally located in Waikiki, you’re steps from bakeries, food trucks, and all the action. Professionally managed by Alex Fang LLC, your stay will be worry-free guaranteed! Living Room(Room A): \* 1 queen bed \*Window unit AC System for your comfort \*Television for entertainment \*Wi-Fi \*Refrigerator \*Sofa bed Living Room(Room B): \* 1 queen bed \*Window unit AC System for your comfort \*Television for entertainment \*Wi-Fi \*Mini freezer and refridgerator Kitchen(Room A): \*Induction cooktop. \*Cooking utensils & condiments. \*Coffee maker(Keurig) \*Microwave. \*Plates, bowls & utensils. \*Cleaning supplies. Bathroom(Both Rooms): \*Bath tub. \*Shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. \*Hair dryer. \*Fresh hand, bath towels and washcloths. \*Beach towels. The building has a shared pool and an on-site laundry room both on the 5th floor. The lobby consist of small eateries such as Maleko Coffee & Pastries, Bento Boxes, a pizzeria that serves excellent pizza, and Cream Pot(Hawaiian Monarch Hotel\`s country-style breakfast & lunch eatery with coffee, eggs Benedict & crêpes.). There is also an on-site gym which is a $5 registration that can be done at the security office on the lower lobby level(LL). Also located on the LL there is a waiting area which is perfect for doing work as there are multiple outlets around. Parking is paid per 24-hours and costs $45/day(ONLY CASH) in the garage. However we are now renting our very own car through Turo for our guests! I have a few cars available for rent, so please ask. I also have a moped for rent if you are more adventurous in exploring the island! Lastly water maintenance and general maintenance around the building are performed year round. There is a very small chance that one of the days in your reservation there will be work being done in the building which will affect your unit. I will of course let you know well beforehand. (example: water shutoff for maintenance, usually only lasts a couple hours.). These jobs are completely sanctioned by the hotel and is out of my control.
