We loved the condo. It was very bright and spacious with a very up to date kitchen. The bed was extremely comfortable. Excellent location very near the beach and also to the shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.
We spent 4 nights at this Waikiki Banyan condo and the location couldn't have been better. It was a quick walk to beach and great food options. The condo's view was great and it was perfect size for my husband, son and I. The condo was clean and the property management was quick to reply with questions. I highly recommend staying here.
Condo is very nice, easy access to many restaurants and the beach. communication is easy. Black out curtains would be nice to help with the heat from the sun. Overall was a good time .
Toward the Zoo, good access to beach, fun restaurants and shops, not overly crowded. Loved the neighborhood. Unit had great view to the water/nice lanai. Well appointed and spacious. Definitely recommend. About a half-mile to big hotels, International Market. Very walkable.
Overall great stay! Check-in process was super simple and there was an electronic board in there that was full of good info. Lots of kitchen supplies, utensils, towels, blankets. Nice views of the beach and very close to downtown Waikiki. The elevators are painfully slow (sometimes waiting 15-20 min) but not their fault. The Italian restaurant a block or so away (by the Marriott) was amazing! Would stay again if come back to Honolulu.
We had a wonderful time at this condo and we plan to return. When we arrived the fridge was not working but we were provided a replacement and that was greatly appreciated. The entire team was exceptional. Loved that they have a parking garage as well.
The condo unit was as described - great ocean views from the lanai with a Diamond Head view from the kitchen window. Perfect size for a traveling couple. The shower/toilet area is snug, but is relatively common for buildings of this age. The corner unit helps to insulate it from normal building noise, even from the laundry room next door (which is convenient itself). The minor issues we had was not with the property management, but with the separate building management. The property management/host Midway Vacations was quick to respond to our inquiries.
We had a wonderful stay in the condo with a stunning ocean view. The condo was nicely decorated and clean upon arrival. The highlight was the balcony with the ocean view – the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the breathtaking views.
During our stay, we did encounter a couple of minor maintenance issues. The ice machine wasn't working, which was inconvenient, but they did provide ice trays. Also, the shower drained very slowly despite the host sending a technician to address the issue. Although the problem persisted, we appreciated the host's responsiveness and efforts to resolve the issue.
Despite these minor inconveniences, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The location was perfect; it was just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by excellent dining options.
The host was superb, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in Waikiki!

Oh, my goodness. What can I not say about our stay? It's been almost 3 months since we returned to the mainland, and I still miss our two weeks at this property. Having views directly facing Waikiki Beach because you're one block from it, and then direct Diamond Head views from the well-appointed kitchen window and the one above the comfortable bed in the spacious bedroom were the best we could have asked for and definitely never failed to provide beautiful sunrises and sunsets.
Being block away from premier luxury shopping, convenient to EVERYTHING and dedicated parking in a condo that has all that you need were just a few of the joys. Frankly, I didn't want to leave and cannot wait to return to my home away from home. Though the building is older, it has been lovingly maintained and the condo itself has everything you need for a vacation, including great storage and it's right next to the laundry room, which is so clean and quiet.
I miss my home away from home and cannot wait to return. When I do, I will be booking this very unit, if it's available. Mahalo!
The view was amazing and the laundry and garbage bin were right next door. Everything we needed was in unit: iron/board, kitchen appliances, floor fan, laundry hamper, two beach chairs and towels, etc. Front door key pad was super easy and furniture was comfy. Tv worked great along with WiFi. Property manager was easy to communicate with and friendly/helpful n
Be aware that front desk is not helpful at all if you book thru Vrbo. There is no luggage cart, so getting bags to/from room is hassle.
Also, note your flight time to coincide with 10am checkout. There was no late check out available and no baggage storage at unit. We had a 11pm flight and United would not check in luggage until 7pm. You’ll have a lot of down time and the storage at airport is very expensive!! Recommend early flight or reserving extra night so you can stay at unit later.
Beautiful corner condo with gorgeous high rise views
We were fortunate to find this condo just a few days before our trip and were excited to see it was still available. The online descriptions and reviews were accurate. From the bedroom and living room/lanai you have gorgeous ocean views / sunsets and from the kitchen you can see Diamond Head. The condo was spacious for my husband and myself - including the well stocked kitchen, beautiful living/dining room, comfortable king size bed, and bathroom with plenty of counter space, storage cabinets, and bathroom amenities that would rivaled any high-end hotel. Really appreciated the included parking permit for the garage as it would have cost $35 to $45 at a hotel (with no guarantee of getting a space), as well as the included cooler which we used daily. The AC unit worked great and there were no issues with sound from any of the other units or the next door laundry room. Other reviews mentioned that work was being done on the elevators but we had no impacts or lines while we were there (4 nights in mid-September). Midway Vacations, the property management company, was very responsive and we were pleased with our interface with them. Overall, it’s a beautiful corner condo on the 26th floor with gorgeous views that we would stay in again and would also highly recommend to others.
What can I say? I really enjoyed our stay. The location and price hit the sweet spot for us. Having parking included was a huge plus. The beach is a very short walk away. 10/10 would return.
The location was good, with access to the beach and the park. Parking in and out was convenient and free. The kitchen was well-equipped and the living room and bedroom spacious and comfortable. We loved the view from the linai. Our only complaint was the street noise.
