There was no parking available and I had to pay 50 a day for overnight parking about .5 miles away. There were 3 adults staying in the room for 5 days and were only given 2 bath towels. When asked for another towel I was told I could do laundry on the other floor. I am on vacation not here to do laundry and share a towel with my parents. I thought it was nice that they gave us a complimentary box of chocolates. The room had a weird chemical smell in it so we had to open up the doors every time we came back to air it out. The WiFi was difficult to connect to and stay connected. Everything in the condo was SUPER outdated. My parents slept in the bedroom I slept on the pullout couch which was not too bad. ##### Angelica G. On both of these fronts, this property could not be beat! It's a centrally located with short walk to the beach and casual dining.The pool turned out to be a reasonable size and the hot tub was seriously hot, which we love.The only downside was that it's in the middle of a restaurant's casual outdoor seating, so come dinner time, we felt a bit awkward staying.Other Pros:- Full kitchen, super convenient- Updated bathroom- Comfortable bed- Lucked out with early check in 4 hours earlyCons:- Dark carpeting in living room and bedroom which felt perpetually damp and not so nice to walk on - Musty odor. It helped to leave patio doors open while we were out to let it air- Futon bed was very uncomfortable with metal rails that ran through it even for my 9 and 14 year old kids, who can usually sleep anywhere.All that said, for the reasonable price of the rental, it still seemed like a good value for the location and rec area. I just could not rate it higher mainly because of the musty smell, carpeting, and sofa bed, which were hard to overlook. This might be best for a single or couple that doesn't need the sofa bed and is not particularly sensitive to smells or allergies. Overall, though, we still had a lovely stay. ##### Heather S. We let the team know, they refunded the cleaning fee. But it was to a point where it wasn’t livable and we let them know. Vacasa’s local team said they will send someone to dry it, however that never happened. We emailed and no one followed up. The bathroom door gets stuck as well. The location was however very central.
