The staff ws great and the room was clean. The instant hot water was a plus as well as the supplied dishes, silverware and laundry detergent. CONS: No stopper for the kitchen sink and the aerator for the bathroom sink was clogged.. OVERALL: A good stay.

Very nice place to stay a few days. Comfortable beds and nice kitchen. Needed everything to cook breakfast, heat up leftovers, make coffee, etc. We walked to the beach rather than use the swimming pool. Although the weather was warm and humid, I wished the shower water could have been made a little more hotter. The security staff downstairs was so very helpful upon check in and going over the steps to check out of the parking garage and to coordinate that with leaving the parking pass in the room. She was great!

What I like: Walk to the beach, grocery, free parking, communication, supplied bath and shower towels, toilet tissues, towel papers, kitchenettes and bed and bedding, quiet, roomy, What I do not like: property is old, laminate flooring was damaged. Carpet flooring is also old, no locked box. The faucet in bathroom was dirty at the base, the floor and at the corners and the edges were not clean up to my standard Other than that, we were happy to stay here, especially with staff and communications

We had a great stay here! The location was excellent for the price. We were just a few blocks from the beach - an easy walk. We had a mountain view that was spectacular! It was homey and comfortable, nothing fancy, but clean and convenient. The balcony was so pleasant! We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and the beach supplies in the unit (two beach chairs, two beach towels, a tarp, etc.). We would stay again.

The property was spacious & it had a great view of the mountain & valleys. It wasclise to everything but off the wuieter Avenue within Waikiki. Although the rental was somewhat dated it was very clean & very spacious. The bed & linens & fowels were great. I especially loved the Noni & Hawaiian Tropic amenities!

The room does not smell good and the carpet has stains and looks dirty, the carpet needs to be replaced not just the room but entire hallway of the hotel. The elevator does not look so safe to use. This hotel needs a lot of remodeling and renovating. I will not be staying at this property again.

Der Service der Agentur ist prima. Sie erklären vorab alles sehr genau. Es ist ein Parkplatz mit dabei, im Apartment sind ein Stuhl für den Strand und Schirm, ausreichende Handtücher. Die Lage ist top. Immer wieder gerne !
