The room was clean, and the staff were very helpful. However, the four-person room was small and couldn't fit three large suitcases to open at the same time. There was no wardrobe, only a clothes rack. The location is near the subway station, and there are convenience stores and restaurants nearby.

We liked this hotel very much. It was cozy and modern. It has a reading room at level 7th which has free coffee machine and water dispenser. It serve breakfast to your room. It has a gym in level 28th. It is walking distance to mtr. The staff are nice. We will definitely come back to this hotel next time.

The room was not properly cleaned when we checked in. It was cleaned but not that clean. In term of staff, we thought they could be a bit more enthusiastic and welcoming. The room I had was small but well-equipped and clean. The staff were very friendly and attentive and the room was kept very clean by the housekeeping staff. Lei Tung MTR Station is only a 5 minute walk away and light buses stop right outside the hotel, so transport options are great. Overall I was very satisfied with this hotel and would happily stay here again.
