It was in a great location near shops, restaurants and Causeway Bay train station. Was hard to actually find. Very tiny room with twin bed, shower and toilet combo. Felt more like a hostel, but served the purpose. AC worked great.

To be completely honest and fair the stay was amazing Hong Kong is an amazing city no matter where you go. The hotel staff were amazing and very hospitable keeping true to the Hong Kong ethos. However it was very dusty and untidy also bugs made their way into the room despite not being able to open any windows. There were towels but not what I would consider to be towels more like tissues and toothpaste and tooth brushes were provided but again it’s more like a military ration but the local stores sell packs of three for 20$ so very cheap the bed had stains on it when I arrived and I had to wait a week before they would clean it the bed was firm and the pillows were very heavily used the room had a very damp smell that appeared after the first few nights due to the strong cleaning smell when you first arrive if you are staying here I would recommend that it only be for a short time if you plan to stay longer definitely bring a towel and spare sheets and pillow. The room is laughably small and has no real place to rest other than in the bed. Also before using the shower allow for at least 30-40 minutes to heat up the boiler before getting in and it will probably only last about 7-8 minutes make sure it’s set to the hottest temperature on the thermostat in order to get any temperature. That’s all staff amazing perfect location just very small and quite dirty.

Everything at the hotel worked well: hot water, air conditioning, toilet, etc. The room was small, but for the price and the excellent location - very handy to the metro/subway and busses, and not far from the ferry - this was excellent value for money.

Only thumb up will be friendly staffs and location convenience. Room condition horrible, moldy walls and hot water supply last for less than 5 min. which is not enough for a shower.

My stay at this downtown hotel was severely disappointing. Despite its convenient location, the practicality ends there. The entrance is obstructed by stairs, creating an immediate struggle with luggage. The first-floor reception was unstaffed at noon and the area felt neglected. I was fortunate to have a friend at another hotel to hold my bags. The problems culminated in the room, which was unpleasantly dirty, extremely small, and lacked soundproofing—I could clearly hear other guests. I would strongly advise against booking here.

From the moment you enter the building where the hotel rooms are scattered across the floors, they are in poor condition. The room is also very dirty, unclean, and smells bad. There is dust on the floor and under the bed, and the bed linens are dirty and smell bad. There is no room service. I contacted the woman at the reception and asked her why the room had not been cleaned and the linens changed. She told me that we service the room once a week and asked me to put the trash by the door of the room. Two days have passed and the trash has not been picked up. I absolutely do not recommend staying in this filthy swamp named hotel. It is not even worth 1 Hong Kong dollar a day.

The pictures of the room online nothing like what I saw in person. It was very difficult to find. The person that checked me in once I found it was not very friendly. My room had ants the floor was dirtyand had not much room. All the bad reviews on Google or correct about this place. I tried to give a chance and find out for myself. Now I agree with everyone else that has left bad reviews. To top it all off it was overpriced.

香港島内の便利な地区にある割には値段は安いです。その一方、部屋が狭く、基本的アメニティー（タオル）の交換がないので、連泊するにも３泊くらいまでかなと思います。

Jeg er nu næsten hjemme igen efter en lille uge i Apple Inn. Jeg havde ingen forventninger til værelset på forhånd. Var bare glad for at have fundet noget rimeligt centralt i ugen med kinesisk nytår. Jeg vidste på forhånd at det ikke var noget stort værelse, så det var spændende at se om det overhovedet kunne fungere. Men jeg er meget tilfreds med det jeg ankom til. Ja, det var ikke nymalet og knæene havde det med at støde på glasvæggen når jeg sad på toilettet, men alt i alt fungerede værelset til det det skulle. God madras, masser af tryk på vandet og det varme vand kom hurtigt til bruseren. Måske ville 2 personer med hver deres kuffert have en del udfordringer med at have plads til det hele, men for mig alene gik det fint. Personalet talte engelsk uden problemer.

建物の入り口にもホテルの案内や看板、標識をつけて欲しい。絶対にわからないから。 現地の人に聞いて教えてもらってもわからない。ようやく見つけたかと思ったらチェックインカウンターがないので電話で呼び出さなくてはならないが中国語話せないと厳しいかも知れない。 夜中はスタッフが廊下で大きい声で話してるので少しうるさかったです。 チェックアウトの時もスタッフ不在でしぶしぶ電話しようとしたら、エントランス入り口でスマホで動画見てる一般人のような人がスタッフだった。ユニフォームとかロゴ入りシャツとか着てないと分からない。勤務中に動画見るのは個人的には別にオッケー(^^)

It would be difficult to beat the location of this guest house. It's two minutes from the F1 Causeway Bay MTR exit, the Airport bus is maybe five minutes away, mini buses line up outside, and all of Causeway Bay is right out the door. In my particular room, there was a partition between the shower/sink and the toilet, so you don't have to worry about tripping over the toilet like in other Hong Kong washrooms.

仕事で一週間滞在したが、メイキングもしてなく、せめてタオル交換して欲しいと伝えると、自分で換えろとのこと。途中自前のドライヤーが無くなり、スタッフに言うとそこにあるの持っていけないとのこと。よく見ると私のドライヤーでした。スタッフ対応悪く、設備も悪い。蟻なども凄い。立地は良いが最悪のホテル。
