Im Zweifelsfall ist dann immer der andere zuständig....Die Ausstattung der Website stimmt nicht in allen Details mit der Ausstattung vor Ort überein.Grund dafür sei laut Ferienpark vor Ort eine fehlerhafte Darstellung auf der Website von Belvilla. Es wird nicht das dargestellte Objekt vermietet, sondern eines aus dieser Kategorie, so dass die Fotos Beispielbilder sind. Die Lage des Ferienparks ist gut, direkt an den Dünen.Jedes Haus hat einen eigenen, durch Düne/Hecke/Wall gut abgegrenzten Garten. Das Haus war relativ neu, gut ausgestattet, ausreichend Geschirr. Die Holzterrasse ist noch nie gepflegt worden, so sieht sie auch aus und ist entsprechend glatt. Wohnbereich großzügig, hell. Räumlich nicht getrennter Duschbereich in jedem Schlafzimmer ergibt ein sehr feuchtes Raumklima, auch bei maximalem Lüften. Sehr wenige Haken im Bad, Steckdosen spärlich im Schlafbereich. Absolut rudimentäre Grundausstattung (eine knappe halbe Rolle Toilettenpapier, 20 ml Geschirspülmittel, 2 Tabs) - Ergebnis: der Vormieter hatte offensichtlich nichts nachgekauft, das gesamte Besteck war mit einem Fettfilm überzogen, die Pfanne verkrustet und im Toaster die Reste eines Käsetoastes vorhanden. Die Lage ist hervorragend, direkt an den Dünen, sehr kurzer Weg zum Strand. Das Ferienhaus ist relativ neu. Die einzelnen Häuser haben jeweils einen eigenen, gut einsichtgeschützen Garten. Wir erhielten nicht dass präsentierte Beispiel, sondern ein vergleichbares in gleicher Kategorie, was normal zu sein scheint. Der zugehörige Parkplatz war mit Baumaterial vollgestellt, so dass wir unser Auto auf dem Parkplatz eines anderen Hauses abstellen mussten; glücklicherweise war dies nicht vermietet, sonst wäre es mit dem Parken schwierig geworden. Die Ausstattung war gut, Geschirr reichlich vorhanden, der Wohnbereich großzügig, hell, mit schöner, unaufdringlicher Ausstattung. Das Raumkonzept mit einem Duschbad pro Schlafzimmer ohne richtige Abtrennung sorgt leider für ein ziemlich feuchtes Wohnerlebnis, auch bei heftigstem Durchlüften (Oktober). Steckdosen eher sparsam verteilt, ein oder zwei Haken mehr im Bad wären schön. Die Holzterrasse scheint seid Erbauen nie wieder gepflegt worden zu sein. Und ja, es ist klar, dass es lediglich ein "Starterpaket" hinsichtlich Toilettenpapier, Spülmittel und Tabs geben kann- aber eine knappe halbe Rolle Klopapier für 3 Personen, 20ml Spülmittel und zwei Tabs sind schon sehr übersichtlich. Wir hatten uns vorher entsprechend ausgerüstet, was nicht auf alle Vormieter zutreffen dürfte; das Ergebnis war komplett fettüberzogenes Besteck, ein schmieriger Herd, eine verkrustete Pfanne und die Ergebnisse des Versuches, im Toaster Käsesandwich herzustellen. Auch ist absolut keine Ausstattung der Küche vorhanden, es gab nicht einmal Salz/Pfeffer/Zucker, was ich bislang in keinem Ferienhaus erlebt habe. Special in unserem Haus war eine extrem geruchsbelastete Innentoilette ohne Lüftung mit reichlich Urinstein. Problematisch war in meinen Augen auch, dass wir über Anbieter A gebucht haben, Anbieter B dann der Vermieter war (Belvilla), der Ansprechpartner C vor Ort dann aber der lokale Anbieter Boomhienke. Bei Problemen war dann immer der andere zuständig. So stimmte bei uns die im Internet und bei der Buchung angegebene Ausstattung nicht mit der tatsächlichen Ausstattung überein, der Ferienpark sagte uns daraufhin dass die Beschreibung halt nicht stimme und von Belvilla falsch angegeben würde. Fazit: schöne Lage, gut geschnittenes Haus, schön ausgestattet. Generell mit einigen Einschränkungen zum empfehlen. Es ist empfehlenswert jegliche Grundausstattung mitzuführen.
