Very helpful and excellent service from kitchen to front desk and the cleaner who helped open my door as I had so many stuff on hand. It’s a shame I didn’t get all their names. "Perfect for our stay in derby, we were roadside, next to the pelican so a bit noisy until early hours. Breakfast was ok, food hot and no waiting for anything. Downside, lift was broken so not great for restricted mobility. Thankfully I was ok today. "
