Would probably not consider staying here again

All the outdoor furniture (table and benches) on the terrace (including the wood deck) were completely covered in yellowish dusty pollen and had to be cleaned in order to be used. We sat down unknowingly and our clothes got really dirty from all the pollen. The rubber outdoor sandals were only one size and too small. I’m a womens US size 9 or 39 European size. I had enormous trouble signing into my YouTube account on the tv, which wasn’t the case last time I stayed at a different Rakuten stay villa where it was very straightforward. Buy my kid insisted in watching his favorites in his YouTube library, so, after a few video calls with the call center and getting help, I was finally able to sign in. It’s a bit inconvenient that they don’t have any staff at the location that can come in quickly to help with these kind of issues. Everything has to be done over video calls with the provided tablet. They only have partime cleaning ladies on location. One cleaning lady was sent to clean the terrace (the cleaning took like more than 30 minutes, because the layer of pollen was that thick) but could not help with our issues regarding YouTube. Other than that, the property is clean, pretty conveniently equipped and the beds are comfortable. We had such a good experience last year at another Rakuten stay villa and were expecting kind of the same quality, so it was a bit disappointing this time.

とても綺麗で快適でした。食器がキッチンだけじゃなくリビングにもあり探すのが大変でしたが、そこは自分の能力不足と言う事で！お酒を何かで割って飲む人とか、酒好きな人からしたらグラスが小さいです。私もいつも750mlのグラスを使ってるので物足りなさを感じました。もう少し大きいのがあれば良かったです。総じて最高です。

設備、備品など揃っていて 清潔なお部屋でした。 ベッド数がダブル×4、布団×2で 定員10なので妥当かもしれませんが 関係性次第では少し気まずいかもしれないです。 チェックインは全員の名前、住所登録がやや手間でした。 ご飯はみんなで作ったり片付けたり 大変でしたがおいしく楽しく 過ごせました。 子供たちは広いお部屋に ジャグジーお風呂でとてもテンション上がってました。 また近くで遊ぶときは利用したいです。

黒い靴下で歩き回ったところ、我が家の子の毛色でない毛が結構たくさん着いたので少し気になりましたが、そのほかは清潔だし、長野に行くのも、八ヶ岳で遊ぶにも、夕飯を食べるにも便利な場所で最高でした。 最終日の朝は外食に飽きて道の駅白州のところにあるスーパーでむかわ米買い出しをして簡単な朝食を作りましたが、これもゆったりできて最高でした。 また是非是非利用したいです

スマートキーがが使えなかったため、物理機での鍵の解除になっていた。 メールを読んだときに説明はあったが、鍵穴の位置や注意書きみたいなものはなかった。あったのかもしれないが、私の理解が乏しく理解できなかったのかも。 電子錠が使えないならば、メールだけではなく、 物理的にスマートキーを押せないように使用禁止の紙を貼る。 物理キーはここ。 鍵穴はここ。 と写真や説明書き指示をいただかなくては全く解除にたどり着きません。 以前、スマートキーは使えていたため、それと同じと思ってしまった。よくよく理解しようとしない。私もいけないが、 スマートキーが壊れている。もしくは使えなくなっている旨をもっとはっきり伝えていただけなかったため、大きく時間のロスができた。

とても綺麗な施設で、快適でした。入室の際、暗証番号のキーが壊れていたようで、そちらに少し戸惑いましたが、問い合わせをしてすぐに解決できました。 場所の利便性も良かったですし、また利用したいと思います。

ペット同伴で宿泊しました。とても清潔で良かったです。1階がベッドルームで2階がリビングでした。できれば逆の方が荷物の搬送などを考えると便利だったと思われます。
夜間入口がおしゃれ。
ベッドルームも広い。
リビングも広くくつろげます。

他の方の口コミにもあったように入室時ダイニングの焼肉の匂いが残っておりしばらく換気に時間を要しました。排気設備に改善の余地があるのかもしれません。またダイニングの床に油がのこっているのか滑りやすくなっている箇所がありました。これら以外には様々な設備が備え付けてあり、楽しみにしていたプロジェクターから翻訳機まで最新の設備を体験することができ家族水入らずの貴重な休日を満喫でき大変満足しています。アクセスもレストランやリゾナーレも徒歩圏内で連泊しても退屈することがないと思います。また再訪したいです。

シンプルな間取りで非常に使いやすかったです。 徒歩圏内にコンビニ、リゾナーレもありましたし、山に近い事で熊出没を心配しましたが、程よい自然環境でしたし、犬旅としては大満足の旅になりました。

敷地に入るなりスタッフの方が声をかけてくださり駐車もスムーズにできた。 便利で安いので他のヴィラも利用しているが 過去一で八ヶ岳のスタッフの感じが良かった。 お風呂のシャンプーボトルなど水垢などあまり無くて清掃が行き渡っているのを感じた。 スタッフ非対応の面がメリットだが やはり今回の様にいらっしゃる感があると 何かと安心する。
