We sat down unknowingly and our clothes got really dirty from all the pollen. The rubber outdoor sandals were only one size and too small. I’m a womens US size 9 or 39 European size. I had enormous trouble signing into my YouTube account on the tv, which wasn’t the case last time I stayed at a different Rakuten stay villa where it was very straightforward. Buy my kid insisted in watching his favorites in his YouTube library, so, after a few video calls with the call center and getting help, I was finally able to sign in. It’s a bit inconvenient that they don’t have any staff at the location that can come in quickly to help with these kind of issues. Everything has to be done over video calls with the provided tablet. They only have partime cleaning ladies on location. One cleaning lady was sent to clean the terrace (the cleaning took like more than 30 minutes, because the layer of pollen was that thick) but could not help with our issues regarding YouTube. Other than that, the property is clean, pretty conveniently equipped and the beds are comfortable. We had such a good experience last year at another Rakuten stay villa and were expecting kind of the same quality, so it was a bit disappointing this time. ##### Verified traveller Stayed 2 nights in 施設はとても快適なのですが、毎回何かしらのトラブルがあります。前回は予約した部屋が予約内容の部屋と異なり、今回は2台分の専用駐車場が他の客とクリーニング業者の車が駐車されておりチェックインまでにすごく時間と労力がかかりました。問合せの電話もすごく時間がかかります。遠隔受付の悪いとこかもしれません。施設自体は快適ですので、そこだけ残念です。改善を期待しています。 ##### Kenichi 掃除も行き届いており、とても清潔でした。 アメニティ、食器、調理器具、家電、必要な物は全て揃っており何不自由なく過ごすことができました。 友人家族と8人で宿泊しましたが、ダブルベッドが4台と布団もあり寝心地も最高でした。 ただ敷地内が火気厳禁との事で、ガスコンロ等は使えません。IHヒーターやホットプレートが揃っているので、そちらを使用しました。 機会があればまた宿泊したいと思います。 #####
