Mehrmalige Verlaengerung (es hat uns so gut gefallen) War ohne Probloeme zu den gleichen (guenstigen) Bedingungen moeglich. Sehr grosszuegige Zimmer und Bad, top sauber. (auch wenn die Zimmer etwas abgewohnt sind, haben wir uns rundum wohlgefuehlt) Blick vom Balkon auf die Altstadt von Hoi An, die ueber die Bruecke in 2 Minuten zu erreichen ist. Einziger Negativpunkt ist, dass es statt Fruehsueckbuffet, wie angekuendigt, nur Suppe (Pho) oder Omelett und ein Getraenk gab, weil nur sehr wenige Gaeste da waren. Etwas mehr Entgegenkommen beim Fruehstueck (zB ein zweites Getraenk oder Yoghurt zum Obst statt Yoghurt ODER Obst) waere angenehm gewesen, zumal dei Nutzung des Hotels wegen Renovierung eingeschraenkt war. What you pay is what you get. It is run down, not that well maintained, the bed sheets and bath towels smell a little of mildew. This place has potential, the foyer is great, there are some nice views of the old town from there. It is also located right across the bridge from the old town, away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist crowded streets; making it a good location to be in. The reception area is a dumping ground for most of the ditritus in the hotel and there is dust everywhere. There seems to be a pack of 6 or so dogs that have made the hotel home and bark all night and seem to not bother the staff. The route to the centre of Hoi An is easy enough across the bridge but to be honest unless you want clothes making I would not recommend Hoi An, it is dirty, smelly and full of people trying to rip you off. Our room was a little bit on the small side, but the bathroom was very nice and everything else at the Resort was wonderful. The restaurant was very good. Breakfast was excellent and the views from the restaurant were beautiful!. We could see people working in the fields or fishing in the river. The problem took us about two hours to resolve. Luckily, we started the night before and were able to catch our early morning flight as they keep your passports until the bill is settled. The hotel rooms are fine and clean (however the mattresses had a bad smell) but the resort grounds were a mess. this may be due to the recent floods on the coast or it may be due to neglect. We are not sure.
