Hoi An Ancient Town Holidays from £1,389

An absolutely stunning property w amazing views. A top notch staff that was willing to help with everything. They went out of their way to assist in any minor concern , even with nothing to do with the property. Super helpful suggestions for local entertainment and accommodated every need. Special shoutouts to Thinh in the dining area who took the time to assist in an area that I’m sure was not in his job description the way a close friend would help out, and to Dang who went above and beyond in assisting in a law enforcement matter that occurred off property. Everyone and everything was awesone. Will definitely return.

A great place to stay in Hoi an - excellent service - the staff are all quite helpful and maintain a cheerful disposition at all times. The rooms have great views of the river and it’s just a 7 min walk to the ancient part of town and the local markets. Highly recommend.

It was highly uncomfortable. There was no end to mosquitoes, there was signs of previous smoking. Rooms were smaller than what was seen on its ads. I ended up cancelling my stay there due to the discomfort for my family and my child. They we unnecessarily nosey about the whole ordeal. I gave them a brief answer. The staff went and asked my partner why i cancelled. Which only pissed me off further. I was so dissatissfied with the stay i didnt even care about getting a refund I just wanted out as soon as possible. They never reached back to me about a refund. And at this point they can have it. Just take the 1 star rating from me. If i can give the a -star i would. I feel ripped off. If there are any possitives. It was just the scenery. Other than that. Completely wasted time and money. Avoid if u want an actual comfortable stay on your vacation time.

Really nice place to stay and is located centrally to My Khe beach. Heaps of good food places nearby. For those that like to go to the gym, this one has all the equipment you will need but it is very small for the amount of people that want to use it. Only two treadmills which fill up quickly. Check in is strictly 3pm, regardless of when you arrive.
