Clean rooms but this is not a 5 star hotel. 2.5 star at best. Wouldn’t recommend. Buffet breakfast was average, pools were over crowded and they blast terrible music, they are so strict about towels and only let you have one at the pool and didn’t even remember to give us ‘pool tokens’ so we were refused towels our first day but nobody would explain why? Very strange.
The prices at the restaurants there are also insane, even for a hotel.
Just greatful they let us checkout early and refunded us.
Place needs a serious facelift and even then I’d say 3 star on a good day not 5.

My family love this Hotel. Location is a little bit further to beach central but beach current is more calm and area is less touristy. Hotel is well maintained and well managed. Everything was great and orderly from rooftop pool, excursion offer, to complimentary breakfast. We are impressed with staff as during our stay in Vietnam this was where we felt most welcome and staff are most friendly here. They routinely check up on you to make sure you’re having a good experience and offer to help from recommendations to assistance. Good price point was a plus.
