"Positiv: das Hotel und die Zimmer sind von der Ausstattung her sehr schön. Das Restaurant mit Dachterrasse und Blick auf den Dom ist ein wirkliches Highlight. Die Lage ist prima, die Innenstadt gut fußläufig erreichbar, Bushaltestellen liegen gleich um die Ecke. Negativ: die Zimmer auf Etage 0 vermitteln ein Souterrain-Feeling. Beim Check-in war um 15 Uhr nur ein Schalter besetzt, es war gefühlt nichts vorbereitet und Debit-Karten konnten nicht gelesen werden. Das führte zu einer sehr langen Wartezeit. Beim Frühstück am nächsten Morgen herrschte das völlige Chaos, zwischen 9 und 10.30 Uhr musste man in einer Schlange bis in Treppenhaus anstehen, vor den Kaffeemaschinen war ebenfalls Schlange stehen angesagt."

"Wonderful break at this well designed hotel sat in ravishing surroundings. So calm and beautiful. The staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Of especial note were the fantastic spa treatments by Tanya - she left us looking and feeling ten years younger! Thank you to all the staff"

"The bathroom and shower were not the same as they were in the pictures, I booked the property because of it being a spa property as well, but it was pretty independent of the hotel and no one was available to do any kind of spa services"

"We had a fantastic stay at Hampton by Hilton Aachen Tivoli. From the moment we arrived, all the staff were friendly, welcoming and eager to help. Nothing was ever too much trouble.A special mention must go to Alexander, who worked in the bar. He genuinely made our stay memorable. Every evening he welcomed us with a smile, took the time to chat with us and showed a real interest in our trip. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and always made us feel valued as guests.Thanks to Alexander, our evenings in the bar became one of the highlights of our stay. His excellent customer service, attention to detail and friendly personality created a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. He is a real credit to the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others. Thank you to the whole team and especially Alexander, for making us feel so welcome!!"
