Unique hotel in need of a little updating.
The location is cool - it's on the track...literally! The decor is really neat and the restaurant was cool as well and is right on the front strait. The few people I interacted with were very nice. The girl at the front desk when we left actually saved us a bunch of money by coming to tell us after I had paid for breakfast that it was included on our reservation. I never would have caught it and she made a special effort to take care of it. There's nothing around the hotel, so you're driving into Hockenheim if you want to eat or shop or anything, but it's just a few minutes away. What let's the hotel down are the rooms. They are in need of an update and the beds weren't very comfortable. Our AC wasn't working and we were hot and it was September. I can't imagine what it would have been like in the summer. We were there for a track day, and it was perfect for that! If you're a car person, definitely stay here. If you're just passing through and you don't care about motor racing you can probably find a better place to stay. Still, we enjoyed it. It was unique!

Older hotel, but great for gear heads.
This is an older hotel, but the location is perfect for gear heads. We had the restaurant buffet upon arrival and it had been sitting out too long, but it was still okay. We had local beer that was delicious. The room was just okay. In the morning we had a great breakfast watching Sport bikes qualify on track from the restaurant. The hotel is literally on the front straightaway of Hockenheimring.

The organisation of the Hockenheim Ring did not allow me to park in front of the hotel because of an event and was very unfriendly in telling me so. I had to carry my bags over a long distance. The hotel personell was very friendly and helpful. Made me, opposite to the Hockenheim Ring workers in the yellow vests, feel very welcome.

Gerne wieder wenn in renovierten Zimmer!
Ich hatte zwei Doppelzimmer mit Doppelbetten gebucht. Zunächst jedoch wurde mir ein Doppelzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten gegeben. Dieses Zimmer war ein Zimmer welches noch nicht renoviert war. Die nicht renovierten Zimmer sind meiner Meinung nach für den angebotenen Preis eine Frechheit. Glücklicherweise konnte ich in der folgenden Nacht dank des wirklich sehr freundlichen und bemühten Personals an der Rezeption das Zimmer wechseln. Ein Himmelweiter Unterschied. Leider nicht mit Doppelbett sondern mit zwei Einzelbetten aber verglichen mit dem unrenovierte Zimmer sehr gut. Das Frühstück/Buffet ist sehr gut, die angebotenen Getränke Kaffee/Teepunktpunkt allesamt sehr gut. Wenn ich von Anfang an in dem renovierten Zimmer gewesen wäre hätte ich volle Punktzahl gegeben.

Very well located hotel with large parking right on the Hockenheim race circuit. Fantastic view of the track from the breakfast room

Keine Eiswürfel verfügbar. Late Check Out nicht möglich. Reinigungsdamen trugen keinen Mund-Nasen-Schutz. Sanierungsstau. Eigentlich nur wegen der unmittelbaren Nähe zum Ring zu empfehlen.

DTM mit Hotel Motodrom einfach nur unglaublich!!
Wir waren beim DTM-Finale 2019. Alles hat wirklich bestens geklappt. Die Lage neben der Rennstrecke ist natürlich mehr als optimal. Essen und Frühstück tadellos! Wenn das mit dem Brot beim Frühstück noch besser wird - einfach super!! DTM erleben - geht nicht besser!! Ich denke wir kommen wieder. Liebe Grüße aus Österreich/Tirol Marco und Angelika

preis-leistung ok
für meine veranstaltung am hockenheimring optimal gelegen. super nettes empfangspersonal spät am abend und ansprechendes frühstück. die zimmer verströmen allerdings den charme einer jugendherberge und haben das dekor der 70er jahre. das gilt auch für das bad. wegen der lage an der A5 ist an schlafen bei offenem fenster nicht zu denken, zumind. nicht in meinem zimmer.

Nicht ganz neues Streckenhotel mit teilweise frisch renovierten Zimmern. Die neuen Zimmer sind wirklich schön, die alten hingegen....naja ziemlich alt eben. Die Lage ist natürlich super. Frühstück war dagegen eher Standart und wurde schon früh nicht mehr aufgefüllt.
