レタントン通りには近いと思ったが歩いて20分ぐらいかかる。 部屋に入るにはスタッフお毎回呼んで指紋認証しなければ部屋に行くことが出来ない

Big issues with this booking - the buyer needs to be aware of: 1. Address does not exist - which can be pretty stressful when you head in from the airport 2. Once we managed after some time to get a representative from the property on the phone, they told us our booking existed but an apartment did not...but that his "friend" would come and meet us and take us to another property.. 3 more Dodgy? we are at this stage nervous but it was now 8pm, and the family needed somewhere to stay so what can you do?? 3. Turns out that property didn't exist so we were ld through laneways to yet another property. I could go on but the whole thing was a disgrace and just smacks of something very dodgy ultimately we spent a night in a less than satisfactory unit and were moved the next day to another property which had no access to any of the amenities for which we had booked and paid ("sorry... the rules on that changed recently.."). i had to politely kick and scream enough to get ...moved again where we got access to a pool which was a dealbreaker mid summer in Vietnam. the poor "kid" in the middle of the whole thing was really lovely and to be fair did his best to resolve things but the Vinhome experience has left us feeling - ripped off - disappointed - scared really - fortunately we are pretty laid back and have had plenty of travel experience but it was pretty horrible Please be warned - do not book this property we are gutted with our stay in Ho Chi Min

Great Apartment Stay

Absolutely a great option for lodging. Very new apartment and modern furnishings. Really enjoyed staying at the apartment. Location is pretty good.

Is nice , quiet very windy place . There are a lot of security guard around , it make you feel very safe stay there like a home . Can get taxi very easy , no worry .

Everything Was Good

I was in town for a week on business for this stay. The apartment was very nice and the area around it was nice. The whole area still seems new so there isn't a lot outside the shops around the building. The older, more developed area is about a 10 min walk from the building. Speaking of location, the spot that shows on the map is actually the 10 min. walk away. This is the actual address via Google Maps: Aqua 3 Vinhomes Golden River số 2, Đường Tôn Đức Thắng, Bến Nghé, Quận 1, Hồ Chí Minh, Vietnam Housekeeping and towels are only on request and I did ask for one day but never received it. I probably would have if I pressed the issue but I'm not really a complainer. The manager was very nice and provided information on local dining and anything else I had questions about. The gym has open hours posted 6 - 10? but my key card allowed me to get in @ 5 am. The lights are off but if you open the locker with the number 12 on it the breaker box is in there and you can just flip the power on. Overall a good experience if you want a nice place to stay with the local living experience.

DO NOT book this property - it is a complete scam, we had flown here from Canada to Vietnam for New Years Eve and arrived to check in - the front desk said to call the owner of the suite directly, we did so and he said his assistant would come meet us to let us in in 10 minutes. After he didn’t come we called again and he said there was a mistake and all the rooms were booked and he blamed Expedia. I called Expedia to get a new room but there were 2 problems, 1. The owner stopped answering the phone and would not tell Expedia that he wouldn’t let us in and 2. It was 5pm on NYE and all of the other rooms in the City were booked. By the time they finally got a hold of him the only place left was a $30 a night hotel full of roaches. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had booking and the customer service at Expedia is terrible

指定の場所に建物がない。現地の人に聞きなんとかたどり着くとそこはマンション。 鍵をポストからとって、入室すると部屋は小奇麗にはしてはいるが、飲みかけのワインボトル、 使いかけのボディーソープ、、、生活感ありまくりでホテルとは呼べません。もとからそういう説明ならまだしも、説明は見受けられない。即キャンセルしました。

위치와 시설 모두 아주 좋습니다. 대규모 단지라 치안도 확실하구요. 1군 일본인거리(Le Than Ton)나 Thai Van Lung, 2군으로 가기에도 좋습니다. 객실은 너무 깨끗하구요. 욕조가 없는것이 단 하나의 흠 입니다. 단지 내 편의점이 있구요, 헬스장과 수영장이 있습니다.
