Not very clean but the stuff was nice and helpful. The place is safe stay.
There was no check in office. We booked the room for 3 nights.
The security was running the show.
There was no one cleaning lady.

No receptionist or representative and they barely tried to reply me on hotel.com. I found out the location by going to the wrong store next to the apartment building that may not be legal to rent out short term. No towel no shampoo no dish washing liquid no water bottle. I requested most of them and the security guards brought me those. They always appeared unpleasant to talk to and made me feel uncomfortable to go in and out of the building or ask questions. They weirdly told me that the police may come knocking on my door at 10pm to ask for my ID. Overall I don't recommend such places.
