When checkout, they claim we consumed the drink in fridge, but my mum and I didn't take any drink. There is no hot water at night. If you want to have a room for your vacation, then don't book this hotel because they canceled my room anytime without notifying me. The hotel manager did not bother to explain or call back when I called them. Which is the top. The walkway was chocker with stuff. Feel a bit unsave if there was a fire. Hot water is something very important to me, especially as the nights can get quite chilly. The bellboy is the ONLY room service staff out of office hours!
