Brand new building, just on the edge of the city. Short hop to District 1 night life. Fabulous view. Only one small bug. These building were built with ONLY finger print access in a high rise, where all aspects - including elevator is governed by finer print. NO ACCESS CARDS. This meant the host had to open the door for late night arrivals, dinners, getting soap from the 7-11 across.
