Very nice and clean hotel. Breakfast was great with many choices. Friendly and helpful staff. My only issue was the curtain separating the bathroom and the bedroom, a little thin and see through. It's a little uncomfortable if you're sharing the room with a friend.

I felt looked after from the moment I got out of my cab. The staff went out of their way to meet my needs. The pool area was smallish but beautiful. And the roof bar view was spectacular. My party and I had a couple of drinks each and they were all made well and served in the proper glass. I was only in town for two nights but as far as I experienced it was well located for all the major sights. Enjoy!

Beautiful property with excellent location in District 3 away from a lot of the madness of District 1 yet close enough to get to there easily. The staff was incredible. The food was top notch. Can’t wait to go back! Well worth the cost!

It was a group of 6 and we celebrated our anniversary; we were greeted with congratulations and complementary beverages during check in. They had flowers on our bed with happy anniversary. The restaurant that we dined in was amazing, the room with the tub, the roof top bar, the pool bar, everyone was so helpful, I was truly impressed and surprised, we were all a bit reluctant about our stay because we normally stay at Hyatt Hotels, but the team at Mai House was amazing. Even when we booked the rooms, they sent messages telling me thank you and asking questions. It is the small details that this hotel added that made my anniversary spectacular. Gosh from the bell team to the front desk, I had left my bag in a grab taxi and they called and messaged them for us, to assisting us with booking excursions, if we had any issues those associates came to the rescue. Truly impressed. I can go on and on, wow, thank you to the Mai house team, definitely set the bar for me and mine when we travel.

I've been to a couple of hundred hotels and this one might have been my favorite. The staff were superb about adding to the experience. All requests were handled successfully and quickly. The people were happy to have a friendly word. The breakfeast buffet was probably the best I've ever had. I think it's joint first as my best dining experience in Vietnam. It was so good and we had it so often. Everything you can think of and much more, including things like pho, fabulous baked pastries and bread, smoked lox, many varieties of other dishes, Vietnamese, French, American and various others. The rooms were very nice, though nothing particularly more than you would expect in a good hotell. The pool and the bathrooms had some pleasant retro vibes. The cleaning staff were, however, better. They managed to be both less obtrusive, more efficient and friendlier than I've seen in other hotels. Important tip: the room prices vary a lot depending on which days you want to be there. If you can get 40 % off staying different days than you wanted, consider doing exactly that.
