They were like. Hi here's the key to your room. The elevator is over there. They said we got an upgrade. Two full bed versus a queen bed. For me and my wife? Upgrade? We downgraded to a one queen bed room. :). I'm suspicious when I hear we get upgraded. How you know if you actually get an upgrade? Or just bs. Room is somewhat small but clean. Breakfast is decent.
