I was welcomed personally and even picked-up from the bus station. Staff at the hotel was also very friendly. Upon arrival, the Premier apartment was not available. I was instead shown a substandard substitute that did not match the listing or what I paid for. The on-site property agent confirmed that no Premier apartments were available and explicitly instructed me to request a full refund and cancellation through Expedia. I contacted Expedia immediately. Expedia attempted to reach the property repeatedly over several days but received no response. As a result, the accommodation I booked was never provided, and I did not receive the services I paid for. I was forced to secure alternative accommodations in another district, which wasted my first day of travel and significantly disrupted the start of my trip. This experience involved misrepresentation and complete non-responsiveness from the property.
