I preface my comments by saying I am a gold member and have never complained before. The room had black mould in the ceiling and in the shower. There were numerous items not supplied ie designer toiletries, dressing gowns, safe, daily housekeeping dryer, turndown service, the list goes on. We were meet on arrival by two guys that made us feel uncomfortable the whole stay. Neither myself of hotels could contact owner to try and rectify the numerous complaints. So nothing was done. Very unsatisfactory.
