"Loved our stay. We stayed 7 nights which is apparently a long stay for Bruges, but we loved every day of it. Every morning there was a 3 course breakfast that was excellent and tasty as well as slightly different each day and added great value for money in our stay. I did not give 5 stars for cleanliness just because you could see dust behind the bed in areas that you wouldn't always look and the shower drain was very slow. We had the 2 bedroom suite and were not aware that to access the kid...

"From the wonderful staff to the central location this hotel never missed a beat. The lobby and hotel bars are historic but most of the rooms are in the annex which were clean and wonderfully modern with a large bathroom. My mother has mobility issues and really appreciated the tub/bench set up in the shower. "

"Great hotel in the heart of the town. The parking was easy, in the back. The grounds are beautiful. Attentive staff. The rooms was clean and ample. Nice bathroom (only issue is you cannot get the towel easily from the wall in shower). Excellent breakfast!"
