"We stayed 6 nights at Excellence Punta Cana. Staff and service were outstanding! Everyone from room service, hostesses, waitstaff to the entertainment team and concierge were very friendly and always ready to help. The resort is very beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The entertainment with nightly shows were great as well. The food quality was ok, but there were few outstanding restaurants like Chez Isabelle and The Spice Hibachi (reservation only), Aroma café (great cappuccino). The gym was very nice too. On Monday nights, they build a village by the pool area with Dominican food and music. Dont know why they don’t have a Dominican restaurant. It would definitely be better than a Mexican restaurant. The Dominican food was amazing. The overall experience was great!!!! We highly recommend the resort. "

"I went on a solo trip I felt safe the whole time. The property is clean and the staff is nice. The food could've been better but can't really complain when everything was GREAT. I recommend getting the elite the perks are worth it. I want to say Suge that checked me in with Elite was so helpful,I had a really nice bell man (sucks I can't remember his name), and most of all Evelyn in the Elite bar is the best. If you want good quality drinks make sure to find her. Everything about her is Great!!!"
