The spacious and very comfortable 4-star maisonette apartment with 120 sqm is located on the 1st and 2nd floor and accommodates 1 to 4 guests. You have two bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms with showers. In the living room, seating and dining areas are available. The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, an induction stove with extractor hood, a coffee machine, a kettle, and a refrigerator. Amenities include garden and mountain views, Wi-Fi, TV, and two southeast-facing balconies. Electric shutters on the 1st floor, central heating, and a private parking space on the property are provided. A garage is available for an extra fee. The use of natural building materials ensures a pleasant indoor climate. The holiday home also offers a beautiful guest garden with lawn and a small terrace.
