Walking distance to the Jays spring training, bars and restaurants downtown and access to the walking/biking Pinella Trail. We had a car with us so it was handy for groceries as well as getting to some of the nicest beaches only 15 minutes away. The house itself was well equipped and and very comfortable for 4-6 people. Tony was a great host and quick to respond to any questions. Spacious and clean, the house was well stocked in every area. You can show up without having gone to the store yet and there will be staples like spices, paper products, etc. Screened in patio was a big hit and the kitchen is very well appointed.
