One Block to Coligny Beach Access!

  • This condo is located in a small condo community near the beach entrance to Sea Pines resort and one block to the beach access of one of the nicest beaches on the east coast. Relax in the pool onsite or walk/ bike to the beach access one block down Hickory lane (a collapsible cart is helpful). There are Town tennis and pickleball courts 1/8 mile down Cordillo Parkway. This condo is on the second (top) floor and is accessed via stairs. The Hilton Head Island STR permit # is 072476. The condo has marble counter tops, Central HVAC and tile floors.
