This end-unit townhome, located directly on the ninth fairway, underwent a complete remodel in the Spring of 2020\. Virtually everything here is brand new, including the modern, well-equipped kitchen complete with a farmhouse sink, Keurig and a regular coffee maker, new cabinets, granite counters, a filtered hot and cold water dispenser, backsplash, under-cabinet lighting, and dimmers. The entire villa has been freshly painted & there is new carpet and tile throughout. The main level offers a cozy living area ideal for entertaining, a large flatscreen TV, a sunny dining area with seating for six, a breakfast bar with additional seating, a small workstation, a half-bath, and a full-size washer/dryer. The leaded-glass front door allows for plenty of natural light & the entire staircase has been renovated with modern posts and cable-railing. There are two sliding glass doors which open to a furnished back patio surrounded by greenery and overlooking the golf course. Upstairs, the three bedrooms include new bedding, furniture, flooring, fixtures, and TVs, as well as their own en suite bathrooms, with the master offering a walk-in shower with dual shower heads and a small balcony with a golf course view. This villa boasts many special touches to make your stay enjoyable- dimmers on the overhead lights to create a soft ambiance, USB chargers on each nightstand, an entryway Butler to catch all of your shoes & bags, umbrellas for the rainy days, full-length mirrors in the bedrooms, cards & games for your entertainment and even a pet feeding station for your furry friend! Guests will also enjoy access to the large, shared outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, while the new Sea Pines Beach Club and the beach itself are just a short walk away. What's nearby: Plant-ation Club 487 sits on the ninth fairway of Atlantic Dunes by Pete Dye inside Sea Pines, just 300 yards from the clubhouse. Sea Pines, the largest and best known of the island’s vacation destinations, is a 5,000-acre resort that includes the Harbour Town Links of the RBC Heritage fame, as well as Hilton Head’s iconic candy-striped lighthouse. Guided horseback rides with Lawton Stables Equestrian Center take guests into the 605-acre forest preserve, while the bustling marinas at South Beach and Harbour Town offer shopping, dolphin cruises, kayak rentals, and sunset dinners. Only a short, five minute bike ride to the beach, eight minute bike ride to Harbor town and maybe 15 minute bike ride to salty dog. It was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the layout of the first floor, with a wide open living area and kitchen. The bedrooms/bathrooms are perfect sized, with one of the rooms large enough to hold a portable crib. We had our two adult children and families with us. We loved having our own bathrooms and the laundry room. Tiffany responded to two small items that we discovered at check-in and we appreciated the quick and easy communication. Our family enjoyed our stay at Plantation Club! This property is only a short walk to the Sea Pines Beach Club. Our family spent many evenings walking to the beach and walking along the beautiful golf course behind the property. For those not wanting to walk there is a trolley stop located in the parking lot (steps away from the condo) that will take you to the Beach Club, the Shoppes at Sea Pines Center and Harbor Town. There is also a large pool located right across the parking lot. You couldn't ask for a better location! The property itself was comfortable and well appointed. Tiffany was a wonderful host and was able to help us the minute we needed something. I would highly recommend this property to others! ##### Mike Y. The rental has been recently remodeled and is clean, comfortable, very well decorated, and simply an ideal location in Sea Pines. My teens loved having their own bathrooms and TVs. The layout of the unit allowed some to go to bed early, while others stayed up downstairs, and those in bed had quiet. This would be ideal if you had younger kids in the bunks upstairs. Add to it this is an end unit with amply parking, 5 Stars! The kitchen is very well appointed and laundry room and patio are very nice. We brought our small dog the and couldn’t be better! Nice wooded area off the back for quick trip outside or walking trails for longer walks. We’ve come to the island for years and stayed in many rental units. This one by far exceeds all others! We will return! For those newer to HHI you could not have a more ideal location. You’re close to Harbor Town, the Beach Club, and South Beach from this spot. ##### Shelley O. We only used the 2 king rooms, the beds were very comfortable. We cooked in a couple days, kitchen very well stocked. Location perfect for us. Short bike ride to beach. Owner responded quickly and even informed us condo was ready a little early which was nice.
